These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at magicframeproduction.com (the "Site") and any related services, content and materials made available by Magic Frame Production (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). The Site is operated by Magic Frame Production, a company providing post-production services, including digital intermediate (DI) and colour, editorial, sound and deliverables for feature films, theatrical and VOD.

The Site and all of its contents — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, showreels, project materials, design, layout and software — are the property of Magic Frame Production or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in the Site or its content, except for the limited right to access and use it in accordance with these Terms.
All third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced on the Site — including titles of client projects — remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and portfolio purposes only.
Information on the Site describing our services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment. Any engagement for post-production or related services is subject to a separate written agreement between you and the Company, which shall set out the applicable scope, deliverables, fees and terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
